Terms of service Jacketconcept

This agreement was written in Dutch. To the extent any translated version of this agreement conflicts with the Dutch version, the Dutch version controls.

1. Right to exchange and return

You can return all the items you have purchased on www.jacketconcept.com without giving reasons within 14 days after shipment of the items. The purchase of items is final after these 14 days. In the case of exchange or refund, keep in mind that the delivered goods may only be returned if the condition of the product can be described as new. And that the items must be returned with original tags and labels. If impairment occurs because the items have been used in contravention of the provisions above, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee.

2. Prices

The prices at the time of ordering an article apply. All prices include the statutory VAT. The information on this website and is offered in emails from jacketconcept.com is subject, including prices and specifications of products.

3. Delivery / handling costs

We deliver the items free of charge within the Netherlands by TNT post while supplies last if the order amount exceeds 25 euros. The delivery of an item is normally 1 to 5 business days from the order date. However, for delivery outside the Netherlands Jacket Concept reserves the right to charge delivery costs. In that case Jacketconcept will inform the customer as soon as possible.

4. Retention of title

The items remain the property of jacketconcept.com until the full invoice amount is paid.

5. Protection of personal data

The data needed to be stored for the processing of your order is stored in our database and may be shared with partners or third parties, only if this is necessary to complete the order or our service. For more information on our processing of personal data, please refer to our privacy policy.

6. Governing Law

This web site and these terms are governed by Dutch law.
