Returns / refunds

Return procedure:
A 14 days trial period is applied to orders from Jacket Concept from the moment the product is in your possession. Within these days you can evaluate and fit the product.

When receiving the order, please check immediately if the order is complete and undamaged. If there is something wrong, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Feel free to return the product if you are unsatisfied with the product. Discounted products can also be returned. Products can be returned:
- Within the trial period of 14 days;
- If the product is complete;
- If the product is in original condition and packed using the factory packaging.

Processing of returns
We will refund the amount of the returned goods within a week after receiving your package. If your return the complete order, the complete order amount will be refunded. If your return is a partial return, only the amount of the returned items will be refunded.
